The Advisory Council meets regularly with the Hunter Douglas team, the manufactures of Luxaflex®, to discuss everything from stock levels and marketing to product innovation and the future of the brand in Australia.

In a recent two-day session at the Sydney head office, the group covered a lot:

• Feedback from dealers and customers
• New product development (including a smart retractable flyscreen and a modern patio awning)
• Manufacturing updates
• How Luxaflex can stay ahead of market trends

“It was a full-on couple of days,” says Narelle. “But it’s great to see open conversations happening and to be part of pushing things forward.”

Being part of the Advisory Council means we get early insights into what’s coming — and a seat at the table to help shape it. It also means local ideas, concerns and experiences are being heard at a national level.
